In order to maintain the beauty and dignity of the park, Hillside has established guidelines regarding flowers. We appreciate your cooperation in following these guidelines.

Ground spaces
Please do not place artificial flowers or potted plants on ground spaces. It is necessary to impose this restriction to keep our park safe and beautiful for the following reasons:

• Artificial flowers or potted plants must be removed and replaced every time the grass is cut.
• The wires used in artificial flowers are a serious hazard to the Hillside staff who care for the property and operate mowing and trimming machinery.
• Water, fertilizer and other activities necessary to keep Hillside looking its best, cause artificial flowers to deteriorate rapidly.

Flowers - Wall Crypts & Niches
Fresh or artificial flowers may be placed on wall crypts or niches. Hillside reserves the right to remove any flowers when their appearance warrants removal. Anyone who places artificial flowers on wall crypts or niches accepts responsibility for maintaining their appearance. Please be sure flowers do not obscure adjacent memorials. Hillside is not responsible for the disappearance or loss of flowers.

Flower Removal
All wilted flowers are removed every Thursday.
